The West African Jam will offer an exciting workout with live drummers and adapted dance movements from various regions of West Africa. The moves can be modified for all fitness levels! By the end of class, participants will be familiar with a specific rhythm and choreographed moves. Come feel the rhythm! Instructor: Natikwa Gonzalez
