Thank you for your interest in applying to be on one of the Town of Carrboro Advisory Boards. On this page you will find an application for you to fill out and then email, fax, or mail back to us if you wish to be a member of one of the Boards.

Here is a cover letter for advisory board applicants. Please read this letter before proceeding.

Below you will find instructions on how to access the application. We have two different versions of the form available for you to use. One version you may fill out on your computer and then email back to us (requires that you have Microsoft Word), and the other is in PDF format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) that you may print out and then fax or mail back to us. The instructions for each are right below. Following your submission of an applcation we will be in contact with you.
