CARRBORO, NC -- E. Poplar Avenue and Roberson Street resurfacing begins Monday, March 23, 2026.
Road resurfacing will begin on E. Poplar Avenue between N. Greensboro Street and W. Main Street. Additionally, a small section of Roberson Street will be repaired adjacent to the Drakeford Library Complex.
Motorists, cyclists and pedestrians should stay alert when traveling in these areas and anticipate temporary lane closures until the projects are completed.
