[ARCHIVED] Jones Ferry Road Boil Water Advisory Lifted; Road Repairs Complete

News from the Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA)

June 29, 2024, 4 p.m.

The boil water advisory in effect for 47 customers following water line repairs on Jones Ferry Road Thursday and Friday has been lifted. Road repairs to the section of Jones Ferry Road excavated during repairs are complete and normal through traffic is restored.

Customers in any part of OWASA’s service area may continue to see discoloration in their water into the weekend. These customers should run their cold water through bathtub faucets until the water is clear. The water remains safe to drink.
